Our Route
The Bali Beer Bus travels around the Legian and Kuta tourist areas, including the beautiful beachside. Depending on traffic and ceremonies, we may divert along a different route.
The bus travels at a slow and safe speed to ensure our passengers stay safe! There are toilet stops the along the way. We will take care of the details, you can just relax and enjoy the ride.

Yes you can.
To have a private run you can book all 13 seats on the bus. The bus still must be boarded and de-boarded at our HQ in Legian. We are unable to bring the bus to you or change our set area.
We are unable to offer pickup from the hotel as this is very difficult for us to coordinate with the traffic and having to prepare the bus for the next run. All passengers must board and de-board the bus at our HQ in Legian, our address is 358a Patih Jelantik, Legian
Yes, the bus has an iPad with Spotify that controls the music. All passengers are invited throughout to queue songs. In between we have popular songs that play on a playlist.
Yes, every seat has a store space above to store a bag. You can also safely leave items with our reception whilst on the bus.
Yes, every seat has a USB port for a phone charger located underneath the bar.
Unfortunately, we don’t hold specific seats as this can get complicated for customers and staff. I f you prefer a particular seat, please arrive early to check in and be first on the bus.
Yes, we have rain covers to protect you from the rain. We may stop operation and need to cancel a run if the rain is torrential or their are too many road closures from the rain. However, this doesn’t happen very often.
We do allow children to ride on our bus. We are mindful that other adults are drinking so we have a few age restrictions.
- Children aged 10+ can ride the 11am, 2pm and 5pm run.
- Children under the age of 10 can ride the bus in a private group booking if all 13 seats are booked. However, the child/ren must be old enough to be able to sit in and stay in their own seat for the duration of the trip (we recommend 5+). You will not be allowed to carry a young child, toddler or baby in your lap at any time.

Passengers understand and acknowledge that participation in activities onboard Beer on Wheels carries inherent risks, and they release Beer on Wheels as a company and its affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
We receive payments such as debit and credit cards, QR payments, cash and more. To book online we will send you an invoice by email with a payment link. If you are a Jump In! Passenger, we are ready to receive payments of these kinds:

- Debit and Credit cards
- QR / Barcode Payments
Age Restriction. Passengers must be of legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction to buy the Happy Hour Beer Package. Proof of age may be required upon boarding. Children must be under parental supervision in order to join Beer on Wheels.
Prohibited Items. The following items are strictly prohibited onboard Beer on Wheels: illicit drugs, weapons, and any items deemed hazardous by the staff.
Route Changes. Beer on Wheels reserves the right to modify routes or schedules without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road closures, traffic, or weather conditions. The full terms and conditions will be given upon boarding.
Intoxication Policy. While we encourage our passengers to enjoy the offerings of Beer on Wheels responsibly, any individual found to be excessively intoxicated or causing disruption will be removed from the bus at the discretion of the bus staff.
Safety Guidelines. Passengers must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the Beer on Wheels staff. This includes remaining seated while the bus is in motion. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any Passengers who violate these laws or exhibit disruptive behaviour.
Alcohol Consumption. Alcoholic beverages served onboard are intended for consumption on Beer on Wheels only. Passengers are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverage from Beer on Wheels off the bus.
No Outside Beverages. Outside beverages are not permitted on Beer on Wheels, except for water or non-alcoholic beverages provided by us. Bringing outside alcoholic beverages onto Beer on Wheels is strictly prohibited.
Damages. We reserve the right to charge passengers for the damages caused by passengers actions.
Photography and Media. By boarding Beer on Wheels, passengers consent to the use of their likeness in any promotional materials or media coverage related to the experience on Beer on Wheels.
Authority of Staff. The Beer on Wheels staff retains full authority onboard and reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions as they see fit for the safety and enjoyment of all passengers.
Online bookings are non-refundable. If something comes up in your schedule, we will happily help you t0 find another schedule that fits yours. Passengers will get a refund of 50% price paid if the vehicle stops to solve any technical issues such as flat tires, depleted car battery, etc. for more than 20 minutes.
Passengers are expected to treat fellow Passengers, staff, and property with respect. Any behaviour deemed offensive or inappropriate will result in removal from the bus. If any traditional ceremonies are conducted, Passengers must respect the ceremony by turning off the music and not making loud sounds such as shouting. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any Passengers who violate these laws or exhibit disruptive behaviour.
